YourBrief provides structured decision briefs, built first for solo founders making pricing decisions. Our service delivers research-based analysis in a structured format designed to support decision-making. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advisory services.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is as stated on our pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

One-time brief purchases include a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of delivery if the brief is not actionable — no questions asked.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Briefs delivered through the Service are one-time deliverables. There are no subscriptions, no organization-level plans, and no team seat limits.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish briefs without written permission. The methods we use are public and attributed (for example, Van Westendorp, expected value analysis, and reversible-decision heuristics). The YourBrief branding is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy in all briefs, the information provided is for decision-support purposes and should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions. We recommend using briefs as one input alongside your own expertise, data, and judgment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our briefs.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
