Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YourBrief.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourBrief provides structured decision intelligence briefs for product leaders. Our service delivers research-based analysis in a structured format designed to support decision-making. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advisory services.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Subscription plans (Pro, Team) are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is as stated on our pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days notice.

One-time brief purchases are non-refundable after delivery. Subscription plans include a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 7 days if you are not satisfied with the quality of your briefs.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Briefs delivered through the Service are for your internal use. You may share briefs within your organization according to your plan limits (Starter: personal use only, Pro: up to 5 team members, Team: unlimited).

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish briefs without written permission. The YourBrief frameworks, methodologies, and branding are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy in all briefs, the information provided is for decision-support purposes and should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions. We recommend using briefs as one input alongside your own expertise, data, and judgment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our briefs.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
